How to contact Epic Support

If you are looking for support, we are here to help! Please follow the steps below, so your issue can be resolved as fast as possible.

  1. Go to the Epic Games Help page.
  2. Type a description of the question or the issue you are facing in the search bar
    Tip: Use the topic navigation buttons to further filter your search if needed.
  3. If you find an article that answers your question or solves your problem, you are all set! If searching does not yield an article that solves your problem, scroll down to the bottom of the page with your search results, and you should see a Contact Us button.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Depending on who you are requesting assistance for, click one of the options on the Contact Us page:

    • If you are a parent requesting assistance for your child's Epic account, click the CREATE A PARENT/GUARDIAN REQUEST button, and then fill in the form and submit it for assistance.
    • If you are requesting assistance for your own Epic account, but are able to log in, click the LOG IN button. From there, you will sign in to your Epic Account, and then fill in the support form and submit it for assistance.
    • If you are having difficulties logging in to your Epic account due to:
      • A forgotten account password
        1. Click the I'm unable to log in to my account option.
        2. Pick the I don't know my password option and follow the suggested methods.
      • 2FA codes (i.e, not receiving emails containing the security code, or have no means to access your selected 2FA method)
        1. Click the I'm unable to log in to my account option.
        2. Pick the I don't receive two-factor authentication codes option and follow the suggested methods.
      • Not having access to your email address, or unsure of your account login information, or any other reason that hinders you from logging in:
        1. Click the I'm unable to log in to my account option.
        2. Select I don't have access to the email on my account. I want to change it.
        3. Click the Contact Us button.
        4. Fill out the form with as much information as you can, then click Submit.
    • If you do not have an Epic Games account, and does not use our services, but require assistance from us:
      • Select the I don't have an account and I need support option and fill out the necessary information, then click Submit.
