How to reset your Epic Games password if you can’t log in to your account

1. To start the password reset process, click here.

2. Enter the email associated with your account in the Email Address field.
   

3. Click Send Email.
   You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
   

4. In the password reset email, click Reset Password, or copy and paste the link into your browser to go to the page. You will be directed to a webpage to choose a new password.

5. Enter a new password into the New Password field.
   Note: The password must have more than seven characters, including at least one number, at least one letter, and no spaces.

6. Enter the same password in the Verify New Password field.

7. Click Reset Password.
   

This will update your password and sign you in!

You will also receive a confirmation email about the successful password change.
