Touchpad movements not registering when playing games on a device with integrated keyboard and touchpad

When playing games on a device with an integrated touchpad and keyboard, the gestures you make on the touchpad may seem as though they are not working or registering. This is typically caused by the sensitivity settings on your touchpad. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below to change the sensitivity on your touchpad to Most sensitive.

On Windows 10

1. Go to Start
2. Click Settings
   
   
3. Click Devices
   
   
4. Click Touchpad on the left of the devices window
5. Under Touchpad sensitivity change the setting to Most sensitive
   

On Windows 11

1. Go to Start
2. Click Settings
3. Click Bluetooth devices
4. Click Touchpad
5. Under Taps, change the Touchpad sensitivity to Most sensitive
