How do I clear my PlayStation cache?

PlayStation 5

1. Hold the PS button on your controller.
2. Select the Power menu.
3. Select Turn Off PS5.
4. Wait until the PS5 power indicator light shuts off.
5. Press and hold the power button on the console until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode.
   This should take about 7 seconds
6. Connect your controller to the console using the USB cable.
7. Press the PS button.
8. Navigate to the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option using your controller,
9. Select Clear System Software Cache.
10. Select OK.
11. Wait for the console to restart on its own.
12. Start Fortnite.

PlayStation 4

1. Turn off your console (do not enter Rest Mode).
2. Wait for the light on top of the console to stop blinking.
3. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
4. Wait 1-2 minutes.
5. Plug the power cord back into the console.
6. Turn the console back on.
7. Start Fortnite.
