The secondary code for the V-Bucks cards should be sent to your email address. If for any reason you are unable to locate the code in your email, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to your Account Settings
Note: You will need to log in to your Epic Games account if you are not logged in already. - Click Transactions
- Click on V-bucks Card Redemption
- After clicking the V-Buck Card Redemption option, it will show you a list of the redeemed V-Bucks cards on your account. Doing this allows you to view the secondary code and complete the V-Bucks redemption.
From here, you can then proceed with redeeming the secondary code to your console (Xbox/PSN):
