How Do I Troubleshoot my PlayStation for Fall Guys?

Before we get started, we recommend power cycling your PlayStation. If the issue persists, follow the steps below.


Restore your licenses

PlayStation 5

  1. Go to your console settings.
  2. Select Users and Accounts.
  3. Select Other.
  4. Select Restore Licences.
  5. Select Restore.
  6. Launch Fall Guys.

PlayStation 4

  1. Go to your console settings.
  2. Select Account Management.
  3. Select Restore Licenses.
  4. Select Restore.
  5. Launch Fall Guys.

Check that your console has the latest system software installed.

Please check that your console is running the latest software. You can follow these steps for how to do so:

Try turning the console on in Safe Mode

  1. Turn off your console by holding the power button for three seconds.
  2. Once the console is off, press and hold the power button again, and release it after you hear the second beep — one beep will sound when you first press it and another seven seconds later.
  3. Connect the controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

Reinstall Fall Guys on your Playstation

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select Games and Apps.
  4. Select Delete Content.
  5. Select the data you want to get rid of.
  6. Select Delete.

Note: Don't worry, you won't lose access to Fall Guys—you can re-download your purchase from your game library whenever you like.
