To sign up for email surveys:
- Log in with your Epic Games account.
- If you don’t have an account but have played Fortnite, Fall Guys, or Rocket League on a console, you can upgrade a console account to a full Epic Games account by following these upgrade instructions: How do I upgrade a console or platform account to a full Epic Games account?
- If you don’t have an account, you can create one.
- Select your User Icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account.
- Select Account Setting in the left column.
- Verify your email address.
- If you need to change the email address on your account follow the steps in our help article: How to change the email on your Epic Games account
- Select Email Preferences in the left column
- Place checkmarks in any of the options for surveys or promotional emails
Unable to opt-in for email marketing or push notifications
When attempting to update your Email Preferences, you may encounter the message: "Receiving marketing emails from Epic Games is unavailable because your account does not meet the necessary requirements." This limitation occurs specifically when the account is a Minor account. Under age of digital consent restrictions, you are unable to opt-in for email marketing or push notifications.
