How do I download my account data?

To download your account information, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Epic account here: https://www.epicgames.com/account, when you login, the GENERAL INFO page displays.
2. Scroll down to the ACCOUNT INFORMATION section and click CREATE FILE.
3. You will receive an email informing you that your account information is ready for download.
4. You will need to click the link within the email to sign in to your Epic Games account.
5. Click the Download button under the ACCOUNT INFORMATION section at the bottom of the page.
6. A prompt to enter a security code will display. You will receive an email shortly with a security code to open this file.
7. Enter the security code and click Continue. This will download the password-protected PDF containing your account information
8. Click on the downloaded PDF, a prompt to enter a password will display. You will receive an email with a password to access the PDF.
9. Enter the 32 character password which is required to open the PDF file containing your account information.
10. Review your account information.
